Is Life Unfair?

Life is not always fair, but does that make it truly unfair?

Our journeys are unfair,
Our differences are unfair.
Some people have it easy. Would they necessarily say life is unfair?

It’s the journey that matters.
You want something so badly, you go for it, you hustle, and slowly, the beauty of life unfolds. You encounter people, experiences, and endless lessons, and you start to see: life is beautiful.

There is more to life than the surface.
You take every day as it comes. You believe there is a greater being—God—and you seek guidance. You find peace.
Things might go wrong, but your spirit stays strong because you’re not alone.
You know your purpose.
You know what you want.

The journey may feel unfair at times, especially because of some roads you’ve crossed.
But the journey continues.
It’s yours.

Isn’t it ironic how we could cross the same roads and end up with different results?
We are, in a way, in it together, yet we see things so differently.
The same road, but we each want to cross it in our own way—the way we believe is best.

Before now, my reference was of boat but that would mean stagnation. Being in the same boat with people but we aren’t rowing in sync. You can only wonder why..

Our differences can make life feel unfair.
Not everyone is like you. We may want the same things, but we pursue them in different ways.
But, whatever happens, that road must still be crossed.
You can choose to take it slow,
Take the sidewalk,
Run,
Or even change your route.
It’s your journey.

Just as sometimes we expect miracles over things beyond our reach, we learn that some things are simply out of our control.
But the things that are, we take them.
Eyes on the prize.

I’ve come to realize that the prize isn’t just the destination, but the journey itself. Our journey shapes us, and the way we run it defines who we are. We can’t limit ourselves to just one idea of what success or happiness should look like. Life is more than that one thing we think will bring us fulfillment—it’s the journey of getting there that truly holds the value.

Our journeys begin at our foundation.
It all starts with our mindset.
You can’t change your foundation, but you can change your mindset.
